SISKIYOU
Following their interior renovation, the Friedman’s were after refreshed, period-appropriate landscape architecture for the grounds of their Irvington home. They envisioned a new outdoor living space to dine and lounge, a grass play space for kids and lush, evergreen plantings to tie the spaces together.

Thorough prep re-contoured the grounds and paved the way for over 2000 new plants—ranging from stately boxwood to gregarious hydrangea—to root into new soil.
An elegant cast concrete fire pit centers the back patio while a custom arbor draws the eye up to the overhanging tree canopy. Climbing old fashioned roses will ramble up and over the trellising as the fine gardener coaxes them up hidden supports.
New plantings hint at what is to come as they grow into their transformed surroundings.
